"Sherr, hey!" Emmett crossed over, looking, well, like he'd been having a bit of a sulk, actually, but was trying to be better at it now. He was glad to see the older assassin had turned up, as he'd been in his room since literally Friday night. He hadn't technically been supposed to come tonight, he'd thought, but Jacob had relented without his even having to ask, saying this morning that he could come to the dinner if he'd help with clean up after. Maybe that was taking pity on him by finding him an excuse to stay out a bit longer?
In any case, Emmett was glad to see people who he wasn't directly related to on other than bathroom trips or delivering him food, so, even though he was a little more subdued than usual, he WAS still happy enough to greet Sherr.
"How are things? I feel so out of things just lately."
