He vaguely mentioned to Cath that he had to tend to something before up and disappearing, using the device to get himself to the spot he remembered. Nothing changed - not that he was surprised. The cliff was still plenty rocky and gravel filled. Marc half expected to find a car or two hiding up in the spot, but it was void. Still a little frustrated over the words the other gave, about him not caring. It burned him. Marc cared plenty. It just wasn't in the way the other male wanted. But it was bothersome and half eating at him, making a low sound and picking up one of the small stones to hurl across the open area. Mumbling under his breath about stubborn wolves, Marc shifted a hand through his hair before returning it to the pocket of his jeans. He took in a breath, looked out over the cliff, and tried to wait patiently for Rhys. |
