It was apparent by the look on her partially exposed face she wasn't totally convinced to get up. Not yet anyway. But the more he spoke to her, the more she was softening to the idea of friending the morning after all. Completely uncovering her face, she still squinted her eyes since they weren't used to that annoying thing called morning yet. With a sigh of resignation, she tells him, "Alright, alright, I'm up, okay?" The expression on her face wasn't entirely impressed, but there was no surprise for her yet either.
Due to the fact they had a fairly new relationship, she hoped she didn't have some crazy ass hairstyle that would scare him off already. The thought caused her hands to reach toward her tangled mess they called hair and smoothed it down -- just to make sure. She would like for her boyfriend to not scream in terror. Especially since she did give him a hard time from time to time and he was for some reason presenting her with a gift. She really was a lousy girlfriend.
Blinking her eyes, she tried to get them in focus as she looked toward her nervous looking boyfriend. She would seriously be surprised if he made it to 30 without having a heart attack first. Looking to him in a way that said "so?" she waited for this surprised that better be good. Considering he, like, ran her out of bed for it.
