Sam was not having happy time in the bathroom. He wasn't. He was.. rearranging the bathroom around. Trying to make sure that they had more room in there, because.. they needed more room. No one should have a cramped bathroom, right? They were living together after all, and their living conditions were modest, so it wasn't like it wasn't cramped. He was just.. making it less cramped. By not moving a damn thing in there the entire time Mikaela was gone. He really didn't think she would buy that as excuse as to why he'd been in the bathroom for so long. Shit. He really needed to figure out an excuse, and fast. Because he wasn't going to admit to the fact he required a little bit of 'happy time' because of how he almost saw her naked earlier and was trying to keep his hormones in check when he was around her.
When he heard Mikaela call out for him, he almost thought it was part of the fantasy he had going on in his head while he was.. ahem, taking care of business. But then he heard her continue, and realized it was because she was in their room once more. Ohshitohshitohshitohshit.. was all he could think as he muttered out a quick, rushed, "I'll be out in a minute..!" to her, not realizing she'd brought someone back to their room, to meet him and all that. He didn't exactly think that he was worthy of being met after all. He wasn't a hero or anything. He just did something to help protect his friends. That wasn't heroic. That was trying to make sure that the world wasn't taken over by the Harbinger of Death aka Megatron and the Decepticons.
Moments passed, and the sound of the sink could be heard as he tried to hurry as much as possible to make things the least amount of suspicious as he could, because he didn't want her to start asking questions that he knew he'd have to lie to her about. Because he was not about to admit that he was having happy time in the bathroom. You don't tell your girlfriend that. It was embarrassing enough when his mom mentioned it when she was hiding in his room from them.
"Hey, uh, I was uh, ah.. rearranging the bathroom. And then I realized it didn't look right the way I had it, so I put it all back where it belonged. You can't even tell I moved anything, it's like it never moved in the first place," he stammered out as he emerged from the bathroom and his dark eyes fell on Mikaela, and then he found his gaze ticking over to the other person in the room, a girl about their age, "Hi, I'm Sam," he told her, his look full of 'And you are..?' since he hadn't talked to anyone in this town yet, really. So someone other than himself or Mikaela in their room was sorta new for him, because they didn't know anyone outside of each other, up until this new person, anyway.
