Getting mad was better than what he was doing before she showed up. He'd been in a bit of a freak out mode, panicking about how he got here, and why he was here. Sure, he took his better than he would.. days go. Before he knew that there were alien robots out there, and before he had been face-to-face with death by Megatron, he would have probably been a lot less calm. He would have probably went around and started to ask people, or at least the first person he ran into, just where the hell he happened to be. So his reaction right now, was probably better than anything he could have come up with before. If she had blown up at him in return, at least it would have continued to keep him from panicking. She was good at being distracting, after all. Even if he would rather she just be distracting him because he was too busy staring at her or something, instead of her accusing him of being behind the reason they were here.
"That was a typo, it was just a stupid typo," he defended immediately, when she made mention of his eBay username. He was going to stand by that excuse until the day he died. It was a typo and he ran with it. He blinked at her though, his surprise still apparent at knowing she'd followed him. "You followed me.. why did you follow me?," he asked her with a slight raise of his eyebrows, not knowing any other reason as to why she would have followed him. So his awkward wasn't just because of why, but more because he didn't expect her to really do that. Because she'd been with Trent. "Last I saw of you before I went to the parking lot, you were with Trent..," he trailed off, trying not to continue that thought, because his thought would be that it didn't look like she was about to follow after him when she went up to Trent.
