The red ranger looked up at her with a guilty expression as though he were a child who just got busted with the last cookie.
"...You won't tell anyone?" He frowned as he chewed on the corner of the fluffy towel he was using to hide his expression with. It was pretty sad and he didn't like being seen that way. Even if it was normal for people to change on a day to day basis, he wasn't like normal people. He himself had never been seen as normal once in his life until he joined the rangers- and even then it took his teammates some time before they truly accepted him and his level of weird.
"Something did happen.." He started as he curled on his side facing her. "I met someone. But I ...I'm scared." He admitted for the first time. He liked Chloe, but his nerves and isolation issues made him think of all the potential bad that could come from having anything to possibly do with her for fear of hurting her. But in the mean time, not telling her was hurting and confusing him.
