He made her blush. He'd never done that before, and he relinquished Ori's hand when she pulled away. He chuckled but didn't apologize. He swallowed that with his coffee. He didn't want her to think he didn't mean it, or that he regretted what he'd said.
"That's good to know," he said slowly, nodding as if she'd just told him something enlightening. In a way, it was. It told him who she was and that the motivations behind her words and actions were pretty much pure, even if they were mischievous. "I talk too much sometimes. Or maybe just with you. I overshare and feel like I have to justify my existence. Then I feel like an idiot for it."
He paused. "Like now. So I envy your lack of filter. You just come out with it, and that's cool."
