Hazel was trying incredibly hard not to freak out, but okay, she was sort of also freaking out. Because she was definitely reading into that text, and there was no way not to read into that text, right? What he was asking her to come over for? Right? Sitting on her bed for a moment longer (she had moved back to her apartment for the afternoon), she realized then that she was literally in an over-sized t-shirt and sweatpants and holy hell, she had to change! Did she have to change? Fuck, she was being a dumbass.
Taking a deep breath, Hazel made her way into the bathroom and stared long and hard into the mirror for a moment. Her hair was clean, so that was a plus, and she might have put on the slightest bit of makeup just to give her a complexion of some sort. All the cold and lack of sunlight was really getting to her, and when she had mentioned she felt as though she was wilting, well, she wasn't entirely kidding. She had gotten a bit paler, which was why the makeup was oh so necessary, if only to make her look the slightest bit natural.
Sighing she changed into something still comfortable, but maybe a bit more cute, opting to go for a black bra because she could sort of be a tease when she wanted to be. For a moment she stopped, sighing as she caught sight of herself in her bedroom mirror, glancing at the long white scars that marred her back. It wasn't something that would go entirely unnoticed, and for a moment, she considered texting Asim back and telling him she couldn't come. But no, that was stupid.
Leaving her apartment and taking the stairs to the second floor, she took a long breath outside his door before knocking to signal her arrival.
