Coraline was feeling a little blah. It was a gloomy monday in the Manchester countryside and the rain was starting to get to her. She'd finally finished all the preperations for the masquerade party, so that was good at least. She decided it was time to unwind. So shooting an email to Star and Lucy, she'd organized a little girl party time in the Billiard room. Thankfully the room had a stocked bar so there was no need to run out and get alcohol. There were also game tables and big screen t.v., so in case the girls felt like it, Coraline had grabbed a few DVD's from her room. However Coraline was pretty sure the bulk of the night would be devoted to shots of tequilla and dishing about any drama that had developed over the last week.
As Coraline made her way down the Billiard room she wondered if it had been rude of her not to include people like Tanya, or Talia, or even Elen. It wasn't as if Coraline didn't like the other women she worked with, well except for possibily Talia, it was just that Lucy and Star were her kind of girls. They reminded her of the friend she had back in Queens. And since they were all more or less around the same age it made sense that they would get their party on together. She decided to shrug off the idea that she was being rude to the other girls. Besides most of the other women of the Society were wrapped up in their own lives.
She entered the darkened Billiard room and flipped on the lights. She knew that Lucy and Star would be dropping in any minute, but Coraline had wanted to get there first to get the ball rolling. So making her way behind the bar she scanned the bottles lined against the wall. Picking out a bottle of Patrone, along with the sweet and sour mix, and the triple sec, she started working on her favorite drink, margarittas. She had just finished making a pitcher of them and pouring them into the proper glasses when she heard footsteps coming down the hall.
