Alex felt that electricity, though she might have recognized it as an element of danger in another situation. Here, in the club surrounded by people and dancing with someone completely unexpected, Alex only saw it for its surface value. She had taken her share of men and women home, but there was something more going on tonight and that's what she felt, but she would never have been able to predict where she'd be at the end of this particular night.
"Yeah, it's already better than I expected!" Alex responded, not bothering to hide the playful, flirtatious glint in her eyes.
Katja. It was a different name and Alex honestly could say she liked the full name better just for its difference. "Kat." She said, tasting the name experimentally on her lips.
Alex couldn't help grinning as Katja moved closer, she had no qualms about it. As another song filled the air, followed by the shouts of the crowd, Alex continued to stay close. Why pass up the excuse? "Yeah, it's Alex, nice to know you remembered." With a touch of her fingers at Kat's elbow, she started leading them back to the bar. "I'd love a drink."
