Heidi was already leaning down to take the hit when it suddenly turned to water. Her head shot up and around to look at the newly unveiled Tracey Davis that stood in her home. She didn't have time to be shocked before she became angry.
"What the Hell?!" she snapped, tossing her straw she was going to use on the table. "That shite was expensive!"
Running a hand through her hair, she answered. "I was going to take a hit of coke and forget. But I guess I won't if you're just going to stand there and turn all my stuff into liquid."
Looking at Tracey, her eyes flashed with a sadness. There was so much to say and ask, unfinished business from long ago. But she couldn't find the words.
"I have nothing to say to you." She spoke stoically.
