Romilda considered Ginny’s words for a moment. It was true, she really hadn’t seen her very much. It’s not that they were friends before, really. But, they had seen a lot more of each other. Romilda had been spending far more time with the Slytherins this year than the Gryffindors. Though, it was Professor Kendrick that occupied most of her time.
“It’s been…an interesting year,” she hinted with a grin. “Though, from what I hear, it’s been pretty exciting for you too?” Leaning in, Romilda kept grinning hoping that it was disarmingly.
Uncomfortable by the party being brought up again, she gave Ginny’s hand a quick squeeze. She knew it was others who had planned it that were largely at fault. She was eager to move on. “Don’t worry about it.” Romilda nodded and pulled her hand away hoping Ginny would let the subject drop.
“Well, that sounds fun.” Romilda actually had no idea what had happened at the last one. If she need, she’d probably be more ticked off that she’d missed it. She paused, pondering how to answer. “My parents sent me to a tutor. It was really fun, actually. She taught me things I’d have never learned in school.”
