Harry certainly approved of the fact that Hermione was giving them the choice. Surely that would have less of a negative affect than simply insisting that they relocate and stop doing what they've been doing. He could feel a little less worry about it, that's for certain. He knew well enough that both Ron and Hermione were more than capable of taking care of themselves, but the worry was not something he'd been so easily able to toss aside.
Taking one of the plates, he dished out the lasagna first for Hermione and then for himself, before he sat back down. It cut easily enough, so he was confident that all the noodles were at least cooked this time. Hermione would surely be pleased with that.
Settling into a comfortable conversation, the two of them enjoyed their dinner and spending a few hours in companionable company. They would both need to make a more conscious effort to do so in the future. At least for Harry, this was what he'd needed.
