For several long moments, he just watched her as she wrote, unconcerned with her obvious lack of magic being used in the area. He had no intention of throwing off the balance and his wand had stayed safely tucked away since he'd arrived in the area. It amused him, instead, that she had not noticed another presence, so lost in her work.
Letting her continue, he moved his eyes from Roslyn's smaller form to glance around the site. He hadn't really asked her what it was she was looking for, but he had to admit he was curious. What in the world could she be looking for that would drag her all the way to Tibet. Don't get him wrong, the experience of the trip would be excellent, but still ... it was Tibet.
Returning his attention to Roslyn, his impatience got the better of him and he moved forward. He had enough selfishness within him to admit that he much preferred it when her attention was focused on him. Coming to the stop she was working, he squatted down next to her. "What are you looking for?"
