Demi gave a sigh of relief when he went along with her ploy. She was grateful for it, more than he would likely know or understand. She loved her cover as a more approachable and nicer person than she was. She also liked her spotless record - with the exception of her idiot father - and most of all? She liked not having some random muggle putting his hands all over her. Sometimes being easy on the eyes for males was a bit of a drawback. At least her twin had all that leather, boots and badass persona going for her.
"You are a gentleman," she said, smile less bright and cheerful, but far more genuine. A thankful smile. She picked up the shot, surprised yes, but she wouldn't ignore it. She drank it back like any lady of proper bearing, not being so crass as to just 'knock it back' in public. Setting it down, she sighed. She missed good wizarding brewed alcohol already. She motioned for the tender and requested a simple rum and coke, nothing fancy and nothing too 'girly'.
"It was, wasn't it?" She chuckled a bit. "Honestly, if I hadn't spotted you out of pure luck, I have no idea what I would have done." She then leaned on the bar top with one elbow, head tilting to the side enough to rest her head against her loose fist, giving him one of her charming smiles. "Demetria Montgomery, but please call me Demi. I remember you from school." She giggled a bit. "My friends and I had such crushes on you. I enjoyed watching you play, and I'm glad you didn't stop. But don't worry, I wont fan girl on you or ask for your autograph." She grinned a bit then, taking on a teasing tone.
