The back and forth between Penny and Oliver was amusing. It was nice to see Oliver at ease and relaxing. He didn't do that much and they didn't spend too much time together outside of practice. She should've dragged George with her. He needed to get out. Katie ducked out of the way of Oliver's snowball and raised a brow at him. "It's no wonder you're a Keeper," she said, shaking her head at his aim. Her tendency to pick and tease at Oliver was an old habit. To be honest, she didn't know why she did it anymore.
"I've always wanted to be famous for something and snow sculpting techniques is as good as any," she said, laughing. Katie, going about it the old fashioned way, was already freezing but having too much fun. A giant mound of snow had formed in front of her and she was quickly working on rounding the ball out. "Maybe using magic would be a bit easier," she said, staring at her second ball of snow. Hefting that gigantic weight would be a pain.
Looking back over at Penny, Katie smiled. "She always said she preferred teaching but I heard once that she was injured. I'm not sure the truth of it. You know how the gossip is," she said, shrugging. Anything about Quidditch seemed personal.
