It was pretty easy to read an animal's body language if you knew what to look for. Not to mention that getting close to wild animals wasn't a good idea. Keeping a respectable distance between you and the animals was key. She definitely preferred animals to people in general. There were just a few people that she obviously understood and even liked. Of course she would always have Harry's back, but she wished that he wasn't upset. Being in between two good friends like that made it difficult, but she usually didn't feel like she was in the middle of it.
Luna didn't really blame Harry for wanting to live away from people. That was kind of the reason that she went away so often. Well one of the many reasons that she was off chasing animals. She appreciated the quiet and solitude. As long as Harry was happy, she would be behind him either way.
Sliding into the seat across from him, she grabbed the menu. "Why do people put so many things on the menu? They make it so hard to choose what to eat," she said with a little sigh. "So. How are you, Harry?"
