Friday | 6pm-ish | Hogwarts Grounds | Miles, Lucas, Adrian, (Jewllian?)
Miles could not help it. He reached up and patted his own hair. "But I'm not blon... hey..." He grinned and chuckled some, hands disappearing again. "How is she, anyway? The boys lining up for her yet?" He had to poke fun at Adrian some. It served him right, being the kind of charming arse he was. He even made Miles wary whenever the guy was around Roslyn. It would serve him right to be in the shoes of blokes like Miles for a bit.
"Oh yeah, you know me and the cold. Right close mates, we are." He rolled his eyes. He grinned when Lucas came around again. There should be another couple loops before it was time for him and the current round of kids got off. "Honestly, though. Bloody glad we didn't have to put up with this farce when we were in school. Surprised the old coot didn't come up with something like this back then. Seems right up his alley, yeah?" then... "Ah, and it comes to a stop." A heralding of the energetic seven year old, seemingly energized by the brisk cold, hoping off of the not even completely stopped ride - the person over-seeing it yelling after him - and coming toward them.
"Hey dad! Wasn't that dragon cool? Hi Ade!" The beanpole half-Spanish boy gave the blonde a big grin that had Miles written all over it, but for the healthy dose of youthful innocence that Miles hadn't had in years.
