Draco's lips pressed into a thin line as Theo spoke of not being hungry. That would not do. Theo's lack of appetite was a constant worry to Draco, and he always tried to make sure the man ate. He would not gain healthy weight and energy if he did not eat, and that would see to the continuous state of depression he seemed to live in. Thankfully, France had many appetizing soups he could likely talk Theo into eating, soups would would be light in his stomach and not as easily aggravated in port-key travel as a heavier food choice would be. A salad and soup, yes. Theo would most certainly eat.
He then looked over Theo once more as they walked, out of the corner of his eye. Yes, his main reason for coming here, now, was because he was aggravated over his ties, however there was another concern. The Nott estate was depleted greatly, and Theo was left without much. And what little he had he did not see fit to spend it on clothing. He had been thinking on it for a while, but hesitant. But now that he had Theo here... it would have to be done in secret, of course. If Theo knew, he would likely stop him.
"Very well." He sighed in exasperation as a muggle jostled him while passing by. "How I wish Paris would make a lane just for wizarding shops like in Diagon Alley. If the fashion wasn't so good, I would not like coming here. Ah, here we are. We shall start here." The first shop was a gentleman's all occasions shop. He held the door open for Theo to pass through first and then entered after.
"Ah, good. They have a sitting area. Wait for me there? I will talk to one of the tailors and get some color samples."
