When all she received was a simple response and a brief quirk to the corner of the other woman's mouth, Lexi raised an eyebrow. "That good, huh?" Despite the question, she fully expected not to get an answer until later in the day. Disappointing, she supposed, but understandable. Of course, her disappointment would have to wait as it was quickly replaced with a surprisingly strong distaste. "We just visited Mother. That's what the torture of the holidays is all about," she responded, all but physically recoiling at the idea, "Unless the woman's skin is starting to peel of in painful strips, I really have no intention of returning to that house until the next major holiday comes around to further the process of sucking out my soul."
Taking another drink of her coffee, she did debate briefly what they could possibly do with the rest of their day. London wasn't exactly a hot spot for adventure, no matter what kind you were looking for. "As I doubt you'd be all that interested in flirting with Goblins, Towler's sounds like as good an option as any." As strange as it might seem, Goblins weren't really all that different from wizards. Find the weakest link and expertly exploit it for all it was worth. Simple really. It helped, of course, to understand a spot of Goblin dialect, but she didn't happen to be a Gringott's employee for nothing.
"I'm sure he'll be more than willing to accept your money."
