1. Be Respectful! This just means that you need to follow the "golden rule". Everyone is equal in game, and God-Modding will not be tolerated! Of course, there may be times when players wish to control NPCs and that is acceptable, but never EVER God-Mod another person's character without their EXPRESS permission.
2. Be Mature! This means that we expect everyone in the game to be over 18 and drama-free. We understand that sometimes real life gets in the way and you might want to vent, but in-game is not the place to do it. If you want to talk in our OOC board, that's fine, but please respect the people who have come here to play.
3. Be Creative! This means that we expect all players to contribute! We understand that you have real lives (again), but please post at least once every couple of weeks to let us know you're alive! Posting formats for played out scenarios should be as follows: Who: What: Time: Where:
Because this is a period game, we have decided to stick to realistic forms of communications between characters (for the most part). This means that people can write letters, have telephone conversations, or read newspapers. Journals WILL be open as a form of communication (see below).
***Journals: Journals are an accepted form of communication in this game, and will be used as 'letters' or 'telegrams' between colleagues. If someone wishes to post something publicly, they must indicate whether the post was in the local newspaper or on the message board at the studio.
4. Have Fun! The most important rule of all! Please feel free to ask the Mods or other players questions any time, to plot, or to just have fun with the characters. That's what role-play is about, after all, isn't it?
