"Sure," she agreed. "S'long as you promise not to set my brothers on fire or anything like that," she amended. "Because I could see that." Honestly, she could see James playing the big brother card often, to the point of irritation.
"We'll have to find somewhere to live," she mused. "I'm still at home for now," though she had been thinking about moving out. "Have to find you something you can do for a job," she continued thoughtfully as she rubbed his back. "'least then we could split rent on a flat or something." She grinned. "Teach you all our slang so you can talk properly ..."
She tilted her head to nuzzle at his throat. "But only if you really ... want to come with me," she said, drawing her head back once more to regard him. "I mean, it's kind of a big thing, you know?"
