I'm really not sure, you'd have to do the research on that if you want to get specific about it.
But having worked for Disney in the past there's only one way to describe how it works. Disney is basically like its own country and they have very specific rules and ways of doing things. Everyone who works there is at the mercy of whoever is in charge, so no matter how high up you are, there are still that many more people above you. And they're all pretty underpaid (it's a service industry first and foremost), so if you want to make your character wealthy he's going to have to be pretty high up. People generally don't work at Disney for the pay, they work there for the benefits (i.e. free admission, area discounts, etc..)
That's why I suggested generalizing it. Especially if you don't want to do all the research for it. Saying he oversees it gets the point across.
