Vicky's eyes and nose crinkled in concentration as she undertook the dual task of making the tea and thinking over what Justin was saying. Pouring the hot water into the cups, she stirred absently and tried to think about her own opinion on the matter was. She did really like the flat... it had been the first she had moved into after first leaving home, and to her it represented a number of things - life after Hogwarts, having a grown up job and independence amongst others.
However.
Justin moving into the flat, when he had done following the growing seriousness of their romantic relationship, represented something else. He was a man who represented a genuine partnership that she had never really had in a relationship before. In accepting his proposal the previous Christmas, Vicky had acknowledged that her life from then on wasn't all about her, and what she liked. And if he'd voiced his view about the pets, she'd have agreed that he had a point - one which would only apply further if they decided to have children.
Removing the teabags and rummaging in the fridge for milk, she piped up with "seems fair. Did you want to stick with the area?"
