Azah wished she could even admit that she went out a few night a week, but that would be a lie. But she couldn't admit that she didn't either, because she didn't want Sana to think she was some lonely and slightly pathetic workaholic who didn't know how to talk away for a few hours. Sometimes she thought her dad was really lucky he'd already had her mum when Dem's first opened.
She frowned just slightly at the 'someone else.' What sort of else could Sana possibly be attempting to refer to...? Oh. Well, that was funny. At least a bit. Though Azah didn't actually laugh right then. Instead, she took a moment to consider how to answer, pursing her lips. She didn't know if Sana was looking to find out if she was single for reasons that involved getting back together or something completely different, but she supposed she wouldn't find out unless she said something.
"I do see Vicky often enough," Azah replied simply. There was no one. And the waitress had the good timing to arrive at that specific moment, bringing creamer for the coffee as sugar was already on the table, and Azah found concentrating on fixing her coffee to be a great distraction.
