Lorcan bent slightly at the waist to try to see the underside of the toupee. "Hmm," he said softly, then tied the bit of vine into a hoop. He quickly looped it around the toupee, cinched it tight, and tied it up. Lorcan looked up, obviously filled with pride. "There we go," he said, completely impressed with himself.
"Well let me see what that's all about." Lorcan started pushing the hair back attempting to see what was going on underneath. "Oh!" he yelped and shook his hand until the toupee let go. "Yep. Teeth!" Lorcan giggled a bit and folded his arms. "Maybe we train it like a dog. Tell it no if it does something and then give it food? Do you feed it? Maybe it is hungry."
Lorcan figured you fed pygmy puffs, and everything sometimes gets irritated when not fed. He, Lorcan, was especially grumpy and at times destructive when he hadn't eaten in a long time. He carried fruit around to keep from that; today was oranges. "I don't have meat in my bag," he said a bit sadly after a long moment of thought.
