Isabella laughed softly. She definitely could see Caroline's point especially when it came to Alex. "I think Alex is a bit too racy for a lot of people." The girl definitely was a bit wild at times, but that didn't mean that Isabella disliked the girl. It just wasn't who she was most of the time.
"Really?" It was a thought Isabella had to ponder. "What do your parents have against Muggle clothing?" It was something she never had to think about at home. As a matter of fact, most of her clothing was Muggle clothing. It was just a consequence of having a mother than was Muggle-born and personal preference. "Grounded forever seems a little harsh. I mean we could have gone out drinking or something other than shopping for clothes." The idea was amusing to her. She wasn't the drinking type and for good reason.
"Not at all. I wouldn't mind in the least." It was not like Caroline had bought a lot of stuff. It could easily be fit into what she already had taken with her for the break. "You could just come and get it from me when we're back at school. That way no one ever has to know." It was a simple solution to her friend's problem.
"Anything else you wanted to do while we're out? Anything else you want to do that you're not supposed to?" She laughed softly. "I mean if I am going to be a bad influence I mine as well continue." Of course she was joking. Even though Caroline's parents might think taking their daughter out for a bit of Muggle shopping was being a bad influence, Isabella hardly thought of it as so.
