Albus watched Rose leave with wide eyes that never left his plate. When his looked up carefully, the looks everyone was giving him clearly asked for an explanation. He could see everyone giving a similar look to Louis. That was one of the proven theories in this family-if someone was upset, or in trouble-everyone in the same age group was involved, somehow-or at least knew what was wrong.
Uncle Ron was looking at him almost threateningly, as if that would get somesort of answer, and Albus steeled himself against it and cleared his throat. "Why is everyone looking at me?" he asked casually. "It's not my fault James is a selfish tosser with no sense of morality and sociopathic tendencies."
