"Oh, no - nothing as complicated as that. The Muggle health shops have the tea bags and we've got a whole stock of that. I'll make up a packet for you before you go." Megan nodded at her question. "You can add sweetener - something natural like honey works best. You make it like normal tea, two tea bags in your mug and drink it while it's still hot. If you allow it to cool down it gets even more vile."
Megan frowned as Mandy went on to tell her about her Healer friend's opinion. It was disheartening to still hear that someone in the medical profession outright told someone it was a bad idea to use what was available if it was really needed. It was the same mentality that had many Healers feeling that a clinic like this one wasn't really needed; things have gone one way for centuries, so why change it? The whole concept of it was too modern and too Muggle for them to be comfortable with it. "You should definitely still have a talk with her. There are so many different things available and so many ways to handle something like this."
She was quiet for a moment, before going on. "I don't know what your friend had to say about it, but I've heard most of the reasonings against it and most of it is outdated rubbish - to be completely blunt about it. You're not suddenly going to undergo a personality change and be all rainbows and fairy dust and blowing bubbles all day. And you're not going to be made to not feel anything at all. It'll just help you to feel like yourself again - without this dark cloud hanging over your head - and help you to get out of bed in the morning and live your life."
