"It's difficult to say without more tests, but personally I really think it's all stress induced," Megan replied, folding her hands on the desk. "You can try something like parsley tea to bring your period on. It tastes terrible, but it's usually a great help when you're late. You just have a few cups of that for two or three days."
She pulled a notepad closer and scribbled down a few things, tearing the note off and giving it to Mandy. "And here are a few other things to try if that doesn't work. There's also a potion I can prescribe for you. Or you can decide to just wait it out. If you can get your not-sleeping and loss of appetite and depression to a level where you can feel you can cope again, everything else would most likely also sort itself out." She smiled. "But if I were you I'd start with the tea and see what it does."
