Not really Las Vegas, but an impressive replica in a pocket dimension that's reigned in by the city limits. I can't explain how or why any of us are here, but think about any theory you might've come across about alternate realities and apply it here. Put the theoretical into practice and that's precisely what's happening and is continuing to happen.

As insane as that might be to believe, of course. But as someone relatively new to all of this, I still haven't 'woken up' and gone back to normal, as it were.
