"It is hard to wait for someone else to do something, even if they were keeping us informed," Lorcan agreed. "Though really, I think everyone's doing something, even if it's just figuring out for themself what has a chance of working and what's a bad idea, or how to test potions before using them. It's all something."
He just nodded at Lucia's thoughts about coffee, not having anything to contribute. "I'd love to have data from Ireland," he said immediately in response to her offer. "Are you visiting a lot of islands?" He added, "But I should warn you, the insect farms are a little bulky."
Just then, he decided the coffee was finished; he took it off the heat and scooped out the foam into two mugs, then poured the coffee in and handed a mug to Lucia.
