Listening as Lorcan spoke of judgements and human nature, Lucia wondered when Lorcan had become so cynical. It seemed as though her answers only aggravated him, so she decided to let it drop.
"I'm very sorry for implying that you didn't know your own home. That was very rude of me." she said, ducking her head slightly. She had never meant to offend him, but it seemed that she had.
"If you have any coffee, I would really appreciate it. Would you like to talk about your research now? If you don't, I would completely understand." Lucia answered politely, taking a seat next to Lorcan on the porch. "If not, how has your work been? Did they discover the problem with the anti-muggle wards?"
