Lorcan resumed his ever so casual attitude as Lucia spoke, assuming that she was speaking of inconsequential things. "I would have too," he murmured, meaning he would have spent all his time listening to the wind if he'd thought it could speak. That, however, was one thing his mother had never told him.
He turned to look at Lucia as she continued, not entirely sure how serious she was. "What did it say?" he asked; to his mind that was the obvious question, whether she was entirely serious or not.
