RP: Shaylyn and Albus Date: July 22nd Evening. Characters: Shaylyn and Albus. Location: Shay's home since she's not interested in traveling right now. Private/Public: Private. Rating: PG at the most. Shay's ill, Albus isn't getting anything but to cuddle. Summary: to be added.
Shay honestly wasn't sure what to do with herself anymore. First she started off her day injuring someone, and spent the rest of her day in her office, rescheduling her patients for another time since she obviously wasn't up to taking care of them. The ones that were emergencies or needed to be seen were given to another healer or sent to St. Mungos. But it left her very unsettled, enough so she actually did take off Friday through Monday so that she had plenty of time to catch up on sleep and try and get over whatever was affecting her so much.
Once she got home and realized that just having Matthew crawl all over her again wasn't working, she owled her parents who agreed to take him so long as she could bring him to them. After quite a bit of questioning by both parents, since she apparently was pale for them too, Shay went home expecting to just lay down and relax until Albus got off work and showered so he could come over and baby her.
What? Even those set out for healing enjoyed a bit of emotional healing from their partner every now and again.
But is that what happened? No. Shay got only a few feet inside her door when she realized she had somehow injured herself as well since she was bleeding. Likely from the cat, since Matthew was none too pleased that he was being moved from his sunny window to the dreary home her parents occupied. "Honestly, my day can't get any worse." She said to herself in a bit of a frustrated tone as she walked to the bathroom to try cleaning it. She didn't dare try healing it. That was all she needed to do; blast her own hand off.
After attempting a poor muggle sort of bandage around it, Shay stripped off her clothes and put on something more comfortable, a tank top and some of the boxer shorts Albus left there and then proceeded to fall onto the bed and close her eyes. "If I can block it all out it'll just go away for awhile." Perfectly logical, right? Well she was hoping it was since it was the last trace of sanity she had left in her.
