(OOC: Thank you for your consideration. I appreciate it <3)
Aidan drank more of his firewhiskey. If he wanted to forget his troubles he would need to drink until his brain was fuzzy. It currently wasn't fuzzy, but a few drinks would solve that little detail. He just hoped he wasn't too sloshed to find his way home afterwards. That would be an unfortunate side effect, but he was expecting it somewhat.
"Definitely enjoy your freedom! I'm doing the same thing, but when it comes to my love life. I'm not seeing anyone currently, but I'm interested in a few young women. I figured I'd just sit back and enjoy life until I decide I want something more serious. This isn't to say I'm messing around. I'm too picky about who I let into my life at this point, especially considering what my younger sister is going through."
He ordered another drink and the bartender made it a point to pour him his glass quickly. The bartender could tell that Aidan was in need of this drink. He took a sip of his new drink when he heard Albus's questions. "My sister was just being moody and well I understand everything now. She's pregnant and it explains why she appeared to be ungrateful. We're currently trying to figure out how to break the news to dear old dad. She's the youngest of the three of us, so it's definitely going to come as a shock to him," he explained.
