Audrey couldn't help the smile that spread over her lips as she stood up to greet Dallas and he complimented her. "Thanks," she said almost shyly, even though she couldn't keep her eyes from flirting with him. "You look delicious yourself. And you aren't that late." She smoothed out her sweater and smiled at him. She had been purposeful in choosing an outfit that wasn't high maintenance, and was casual, so Dallas wouldn't think she was some rich bitch that only dated important men. Stepping towards him she smiled again, rather shyly as she slipped her hand into his his, and met his gorgeous eyes.
"Are you ready?" As they began to walk towards Onyx beach, she walked comfortably beside him, occasionally bumping her shoulder against his arm as they walked, still smiling. She had that feeling in her stomach, that excited giddy feeling, that started with new relationships and it made her nervous and happy at the same time. They were almost to the beach when she suddenly stopped walking, still holding his hand for a few moments, before she released it and looked up at him, her face suddenly worried.
"Are you sure you want to do this?" she asked softly. "I mean, I... I like you Dallas, but I know you're friends with J.A. and I don't want to cause any trouble between you." Her blue eyes looked up at him as she chewed on her lower lip.
