Crash was still smiling at her with that smile he only ever used on her. "Fresh air never hurt anyone." Settling beside her, he leaned back on his elbows, the soft grass cushioning him. His dark hair fell into his dark green eyes, and he blew it out of his face as his eyes stayed on Kiss. She was so beautiful. And it had nothing to do with her Veela bloodlines. What drew Crash to her so strongly was her innocent beauty, even as it contradicted that Veela sexuality that was so inherent in her family.
"Me? I just couldn't stand the thought of sitting in class today." Or any day really. He didn't add that though. "Sometimes I just get so frustrated sitting in class, staring out the window, or doodling that I just want to scream." He paused, looking away from her. "It all just seems so unimportant." Picking at the long grass, he inspected the blade of green, before tossing it away from him.
"And everyone either looks at me like I'm some freak, or like they think I should be over...what happened." It was starting to get to him, and he had no one else to talk to. Kiss was the only person, and he had so effectively pushed her away he didn't know how to fix it.
"But you don't have to listen to this," he said with a wry smile. "It's not your problem."
