THE LIBRARY: Cass & Bea
Bea stuck her head inside the door, and then quickly slipped inside, closing it behind her. Aaaah, this was more like it. Peace and quiet, and the few people she could see had their heads bent over a book. The scent of leather and paper and floor polish reminded her of her mother's study, which was a thought for another day.
Oz had said it was the best library he'v ever seen. While Bea had been tempted to tease him about his top five libraries, she bitten her tongue and now she'd ended up here anyway. She didn't enjoy libraries as much as her brother, but she could certainly see the allure of this one. First off: it was quiet. Second: the presence of so many books was soothing. If every day in the mansion would continue like this one, she could imagine herself dividing her time between the training dome and this place.
She was just about to step away from the door, when she felt someone trying to open it from the other side.
