It has been a few weeks at the manor now, and Rosa had gotten a lot more comfortable with being here, with the new people, all of it. Granted there were still some who she'd soon toss over a balcony than not but she never claimed to be perfect despite what Desi might think. Recently she had found her wait to a coffee shop somewhat near by and it was fast becoming her favorite place to visit in the mornings. There had been a place like this back in Madrid, one of her favourites and she'd been quite the regular. She didn't realise how much she'd missed it until she'd stopped in that first morning.
She went alone but she was pretty sure she wasn't actually alone either. She didn't say anything or mention it to her father but it was either one of her uncle's, Taz, Warren or someone else highly trusted by the Vargas', who was keepng their distance but she knew they were there, they were always there. But as long as she could get out and go places, she wouldn't complain. Too much.
The shop smelled like warm pastries and it made her hungry all over again. There was a bit of a line and she leaned into look at the glass case. Perhaps a little more than just coffee today. She smiled and turned around, perhaps a bit too quickly, and right into someone else. Rosa looked up wide-eyed and smiled apologetically. "Oy, santa vaca! I mean, darn it, sorry my bad."
