Julian snorted slightly at Cole's remark before he settled down beside a nearby headstone, eyebrow lifting when it was clear Cole had some sort of plan on what to do next. He gave an agreeing nod before his lips curled when it became clear that Cole had a sense of fun about him, a not so serious edge which Julian liked and could definitely get behind.
"Oui," he enthused with a nod of his head before he inhaled and exhaled, hands shaking out as Julian tapped into the raw power that ran through his veins and then as he brought his palms together there was a shift in the ground beneath their feet and with a few words uttered in Louisana French Julian pressed the full expanse of his palms to the earth beneath their feet which drove the intent into the world around them.
Necromancy wasn't the prettiest of magics, but it was damn good at scaring the shit out of people. This much became apparent as an array of maggots and dead insects crept out of gaps in the ground and made their way towards the gathered teens in much the same way Cole's vines did. Normally this spell was used to attack, but Julian was just going to use it to scare and add another element to what Cole was doing already.
If they wanted creepy this was definitely creepy.
And it was starting to have the desired effect as one of the group, a dark haired girl with very dramatic eye makeup looked up. "Hey, did anybody hear that?"
"Hear what?" The taller skinnier guy on her right asked before rolling his eyes. "Seriously, Kate, your imagination is getting the better of you. Focus would you?"
"Screw you," Kate shot back to the other teen. "I'm sure I heard something."
And sure enough the other girl began gesturing. "There's mist, right over there, look!"
The three teenagers turned their head and confusion soon filled their faces before another shrieked as a rather wet maggot proceeded to slide all over her hand.
