"Yeah, seeds. And wheatgrass and things, if you're really looking to up the good stuff that you put into your body then it's easy to do. You sprinkle like a spoonful into the smoothie and it just gets absorbed and all its goodness gets in you with none of the nasty taste." Tabitha shrugged her shoulders knowing that he didn't believe her so she made a mental note to grab some for him next time she was out grocery shopping and she'd drop it off. At least then he might entertain it.
She smiled, watching him as he moved and pulled out the bananas that had definitely seen better days. "Well, I don't think in all the time I've known you I've ever seen you actually eat fruit," she pointed out. She felt more relaxed than she had done when she'd come in, this was apparently just what she'd needed. "Forgive me for assuming you didn't have any."
Pulling her hair over her shoulder and fiddling with the ends, Tabitha just shrugged her shoulders being quite for a long moment before she said, softly, "Thanks, Sully."
