Who: Alexander Archer, Olivia Fairchild What: Running into each other When: Saturday, May 29th, afternoon Where: Tanglewood Gardens Warnings: none, yet.
It had been a long morning. It was the sort of morning in which it took hours to do the smallest things. First, Olivia got up... sort of. She had lifted her head from the pillows, but she had not actually pulled herself out of bed. Next, it was a matter of combing out her hair, brushing her teeth, showering... All of this took her three hours to do. Had she stopped watching television or stopped instant messaging in between, maybe she would have been ready a bit quicker, but that wasn't the case.
In order to straighten her curls, it took her another hour, mostly because she was on the phone with her step-sister. Finally, she focused a little more when she went to pick out her clothes. By one in the afternoon, a hungry Olivia stumbled out of the room wearing a blush colored dress with silver flowers and matching silver flip flops. Her hair hung in loose waves over her shoulder and she grabbed her bag as she walked out of the Beta Kappa Upsilon house. She caught shuttle into town and headed for Pavlov's Bell for a bite to eat. After she had her fill, she spent a good two hours in the bookstore before grabbing an iced tea to go. After a long walk, she found herself in Tanglewood Gardens where she opened her purse and pulled our her blanket. Olivia lay on her back, sunglasses on her face as she began to read Jane Eyre. It was another thirty minutes before a shadow was blocking her sun. Who was that?
