Dorian/Tova
It had been a long day, not really all that much longer than usual but still it felt like it was never ending but that might have had something to do with the slight pre-party they had over at BKY before leaving for the cookout. Tova was already a bit tipsy when they'd gotten there and the night really had not been working in her favor, or towards getting her the least bit less drunk.
But it was summer now and who cared anyway, it was warm out, she was among friends and even though she was apparently out of coffee, she was having a blast! But her beverage was disappearing rapidly and before anyone (or she) started setting people on fire by the grill it was time to leave. Peering into the house made her doubtful if she really wanted to go in there, it was warm enough outside and there was even more people indoors. Eventually though she swallowed her doubt and the last of her coffee flavored vodka and made her way inside.
As Tova entered the kitchen, depositing her by now empty cup of coffee, she started to look about for something else, really even a girl like her could only do with mixing coffee and alcohol for so long before it got out of hand. Spotting a few girls from her sorority on the other side of the room Tova gave a loud shout, waving to them before starting to slowly make her way towards the group until she was distracted by someone raising their voice a bit and a shot glass appeared not that far from her face.
"Don't mind if I do!" She hadn't really cared about who it was and had simply grabbed the guys wrist to keep him from moving it and the shot away from her before she'd downed it in one big gulp, something that was promptly followed by her making a bit of a face. With her fingers still clasped around the wrist, Tova finally took the time to see just who it was she was holding onto, and seeing Dorian's familiar face made her break out into a large grin.
"You!" and that was all the warning he got before she decided to give him a big hard hug, not really caring or noticing that she might be about to knock both people and booze over in the process. "I haven't seen you in, in a while. Why are you hiding in here? I thought you ought to be out there, with the rest of them." Her arms were still somewhat resting around him in a rather light hug.
