Genna nodded to reassure her sister about the Dornish princess. "Oh yes, but His Grace locked her up along with our cousin Hester and a bunch of others. Cause they were pretty like Princess Aenyris. But her brother came so they had to let her out. Now he's--" Genna caught herself and took a sip of the cider. "He's very scary-looking."
Instead, she jumped at the chance to share the maids' gossip. "The maids were whispering and the Septa too," Genna said in a whisper that was almot too quiet to hear. "Lady Kaelyn might have a new baby soon."
Genna squeezed her sister's hand and gave an imperious nod to the Septa. "Of course, Septa Marien." She lifted her chin as a princess ought and slipped off the bed. She gave a half-curtsy to her sister as was very very proper. "Oh, it's nothing. We can speak of His Grace tomorrow."
She paused before she swept past the Septa and gave Gwyn a wink. They'd have all the time in the world soon. And sometime during it, she'd figure out how to tell her twin about the fostering... Genna left as decorously as a six-year-old could, but once the door closed she took off down the hall at a run. She had so much stuff to get for the explorations!
