Genna sat up as Gwyn took a seat. She smiled at the basket in her sister's hands. "I like the ladies in the kitchen... and the kitchen helpers too. They're very thoughtful..." Genna loved Kings Landing in general- and most of the Red Keep. But something was clearly very wrong.
Her smile turned sad as Gwyn continued. "In the north?" Genna sighed, then brightened. There hadn't been time to talk before the feast, and afterward Genna had fallen straight to sleep, so she hadn't told Gwyn much of her conversation with Hester Arryn.
"Hester Arryn asked if I would like to foster with her in the Eyrie. She would take both of us, I'm sure of it. At least we would still be together... and she's very nice." That was important- she had heard plenty of stories of children sent to be fostered wtih cruel people. Genna bit her lip. "I think father would just be glad not to have us here anymore."
