Tyrith checks in with William... Who: Tyrith, William When: Day 22, mid-evening Where: William's chambers? Rating: PG-13 for scheming, politics and whatever else is going to come up. Status: OPEN
Tyrith waited outside while whichever of the kingsguard informed his goodbrother that the Lord Lannister was waiting. Tyrith did not fidget nor reveal a sign of nervousness. His daughter would be providing the child with a cure any moment, but he was more concerned with the wider picture. Penrose had not bothered to investigate obviously- though granted the man had been trying to keep the City from falling to chaos- but perhaps he could turn this mistake to his family's advantage. Jaehaerys might soon retake the throne but in the interrim, it wouldn't do to sit on the family's laurels- and it would be suspicious. Better to continue with his plans from before Jaehaerys had entered into the mix, as if nothing had changed.
"Your grace," Tyrith said as he stepped through the door to his goodbrother's presence. He swept a bow worthy of a great lord going before his sovreign. "How goes the realm this night?" He liked his wife's brother well enough, although the Starks never struck him as warm or even very close. Privately he generally thought Lilyanna had been much better served by coming to Casterly so young- before whatever chill ran in the North could settle too deeply in her. Still, the Starks were hardly unlikeable, once one got past the need for a great deal of humor...
