Toria had been just in time to miss Genna, but had endured the full brunt of the Septa's ranting about Genna's misbehaviour. After listening for a couple of minutes, she agreed to go and find her little cousin and talk to her. Not that Toria was going to scold her little cousin for despising embroidery. She hated needlework herself.
"There you are," she said, greeting her little cousin with a smile. One day, Genna would give Jeremy a run for his money in terms of who could misbehave the most. It would almost be fitting revenge on her little brother to place him in charge of Genna's behaviour one day. Almost.
"I told your Septa I'd have a few words with you about running off from your needlework." With a wink, Toria added, "Of course, I never gave my word that I'd scold you for it. I've never enjoyed it much myself."
