It was a kindness, to be sure, but Isobel wasn't sure how serious to take Elia Martell's offer. There had to be something ulterior beneath that, some plan to embarrass her and make her a laughing stock in King's Landing. Still, the help wouldn't be unwarranted and she did, like Elia said, have plenty of money if nothing else.
"Could...could I have the name of Hester Arryn's dressmaker?" she asked, still trembling a little. She was a maiden, that was true, but she really needed to start speaking with a bit more confidence. Perhaps emulating the dress of one of the most well-dressed women at court would help that.
"She is always so lovely and well-dressed. I would do well to be compared to her."
