Tyrith repressed a yawn. That Toria had taken Elia Martell's suggestion hadn't surprised him. She really was worried for her young cousin and as it was he didn't see the harm in her investigations. He had little faith in the maesters of the Citadel in general and finding an outside opinion seemed to be wise.
"Ah, yes, and have you--" his ears finished processing the rest of Toria's speech and he stopped mid-sentence. Jaehaerys Targaryen? He frowned. "Jaehaerys?" he said in a whisper. "Toria, what proof would you have of this?" He couldn't imagine what would lead her to such a tale. There had been more than enough imposters; he would scarcely believe a Martell would encourage one of them.
